
- How far in advance do I need to book a party or event?
- Parties and events can be booked 24 hours in advance.
- Do I need to book in order to have a party or event at the Vault?
- No. Unbooked parties and events are perfectly welcome! You do not need to reserve the party room or arcade privately in order to host an event or party. However, we do advise calling in advance to create a party plan and possible bundle discount.
- Where do I park?
- We have street parking on Main St and 1st St. The parking lot at Millsite Park is just across the street, and the Elks Lodge middle parking lot is available as well.
- There is no available parking next to the building.
- Do you have a senior discount?
- Yes, seniors 65 and older get a discounted wristband at $10.
- Are pets allowed?
- No, pets are not allowed in the arcade, but service animals are permitted.
- Do the games cost money?
- No, all the games are set to Free Play! There are no swipe cards or coins to start the game. Purchase a wristband, walk up and start gaming!
- Can I drop my kids off at the Vault and leave them there for the day?
- ONLY if they are 13 or older.
- Absolutely NO kids 12 and under are allowed in the arcade without adult supervision.
- Do you have an hourly rate?
- No, we don’t have an hourly rate, but we are currently running a Happy Hour Special. Happy Hour: Thursday-Sunday 5pm-7pm Wristband costs $6 during those hours.
- How do I book a party or event?
- Give us a call at 619-890-7546 or see us in person to book a party or event.
- I’m not going to play games, do I still have to pay to be in the arcade?
- Yes, because we are admission based, everyone who enters the arcade must purchase a wristband.
- Do you accept card payments?
- Yes, we accept cash, card and phone tap pay.
- Can I combine discounts?
- No, you will receive the best qualifying discount available.
- Can I drop my kids off for a party or event?
- Only if they are 13 or older.
- All groups of kids or individual kids 12 and under arriving separately from the party host must have an adult with them to attend.
